The skin absorption (permeability) test of 41 soluble collagen

Experiment preparation and experiment steps:

We use percutaneous absorption to process 41 soluble collagen so that it can penetrate into the dermis.

After combining with fluorescent dye, apply it to the skin of winstar mice.

At different points in time, take the skin tissue of winstar mice with 41 soluble collagen that directly freeze the section and observe the result under the fluorescent microscope.

Experimental Results:

The experiment has confirmed that 41 soluble collagen (CF) can easily penetrate into the dermis of rats in 30 -60 minutes.
